In order to provide our clients with the best possible results, Inbeauté operates on an appointment based system. No-shows, late arrivals and late cancellations impact greatly on our ability to provide high quality service. Thank you for understanding and adhering to the policies below.
Rescheduling:
We will allow you to reschedule your appointment twice with a 24 hour notice, prior to your appointment, for rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your non-refundable deposit. You can reschedule your appointment for a maximum amount of 3 times. Rescheduling for the 4th time will result in a forfeit of your non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations/No-Shows:
Any cancellations or failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of your non-refundable deposit. For no-shows – any future appointments will require full payment upfront.
Late Arrivals:
If you are running behind schedule, please advise us ASAP and provide an estimated time of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, if there is a client booked immediately after you, your appointment may understandably be cut short or rescheduled. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, you will forfeit your deposit as notice is within the 24 hour period, and a new deposit will need to be paid.
